RASTERLOAD

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This recent (1990) format seems to be mostly used by cover-tape freebies, especially
from 'Commodore Format' magazine, it can be found on... Game Over, Grod the Pixie,
Luna Landa, Overload, Vioris, Super Strike + basically ALL CF magazine cover-tape games.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Threshold : $200 (512) clock cycles (TAP byte = $40).
Bit 0 : $26
Bit 1 : $58

Endianess : MSbF
Pilot byte : $80 (usually *32)
Sync : $FF

after sync byte is...

2 bytes : Start address (LSBF)
2 bytes : End address (LSBF)
n bytes : Data
1 byte : Checksum (0 XOR all data bytes)
1 byte : Always $FF

Notes :-

Sometimes the final $FF can be broken and contain fewer than 8 pulses, scanners should
assume a trailer of Bit 1's and simply scan through them rather than assume there will
be a whole byte containing 8.
